Welcome to Mrs. Baker's third grade!

I have been teaching for sixteen years.  This is my fifteenth year at St. Vincent de Paul.  I teach English to all third grade students.  I also teach religion, reading, math, spelling, handwriting, and vocabulary to my homeroom students.

Mrs. Watton is my full time teacher associate.  This is her first year at St. Vincent de Paul.

Our class motto is:  "Do my best, be my best.  I have the power."  The students are encouraged to apply this motto to all aspects of their life, both academically and socially.

Our school theme this year is, "Let your light shine for others."  A light that is hidden cannot shine.  By working together, we will share our light and God's love with those around us!
