Student kneels during Mass

Living the Gospel

Guided by the teachings of Jesus Christ, students are encouraged to grow as people of faith and to reflect Christ in all they do. We live the gospel together through prayer, worship, service and everyday actions.

Living Our Faith

Our Catholic faith is integrated into the classroom and learning environment throughout the day. Every morning, students pray together and recite our school mission, reminding us to live as disciples of Christ in all we do.

Students share in worship every week at school Masses. Grades K-8 students actively plan and participate in the Masses throughout the year, helping them grow in leadership and deepen their understanding of the liturgy.

There is no shortage of opportunities for our students to grow in their faith. From studying the Saints and learning essential prayers to participating in Adoration every month and exploring the calls to vocations, SVdP students are able to encounter Christ and live their faith.

Serving Others

In the name of our patron saint, St. Vincent de Paul, we strive to emulate his dedication to service. Our students participate in a variety of outreach projects that encourage compassion, generosity, and social responsibility. Service opportunities include:

  • Supporting the parish’s Divine Mercy Pantry through food drives and volunteer work
  • Annual Advent diaper drive benefiting Essential Pregnancy Services
  • Celebrating and supporting our parish priests and Archdiocesan seminarians on Good Shepherd Sunday
  • Participation in Pro-Life Essay and Art Contests
  • Stewardship of our campus through weekly school grounds care by student classes
  • Praying for and supporting our sister school in Guatemala
  • Outreach projects coordinated by our teacher-led Outreach Committee

Together, we foster an environment where each student grows spiritually, academically, and socially as they walk in the footsteps of Christ.
