Health & Wellness

St. Vincent de Paul School takes pride in supporting the needs of the whole child, ensuring all children are safe, supported, engaged, and challenged each school day. As such, we comply with all local, county, Archdiocesan, state and federal student health requirements.

Health Requirements

Students entering grades K through 7 and all out-of-state transfer students are required to present proof of an up-to-date physical exam and immunization records. This is an annual requirement for all students. Forms are due by August 1 of the current school year. If forms are not received by August 1, children will not be allowed to attend school until forms are on file.

Annual Student Health Update Form

Parents are required to submit a health update form for each student annually. Forms are completed and submitted online via Ecollect. Log into your PowerSchool parent account to access the forms for each child. Forms are due in the health office by May 4, 2026.

Wellness at SVdP

Research indicates that initiatives focused on improving aspects of students’ well-being in schools—such as addressing childhood obesity, preventing bullying, supporting students’ mental health, and restricting use of exclusionary discipline—have been found to be successful in improving student success and academic excellence.
